I don't feel so good, and haven't for what seems like a very long time. I have been more sick in the last 4 years than at any other period of time in my life. I'm exhausted all the time, and lately I haven't been able to sleep worth a damn. it's running me down, and to be honest I don't know how much longer I can keep this up.

Worse still are the gross physiological problems I'm having which include extreme thirst, dehydration, shrinking appetite, urinary issues, and poor lower body circulation. I won't go into any more gross details, but these problems are real and happening all at once. My father believes they are stress related and I am inclined to agree with him.

I need a change, a large change. Work, money, housing, it all needs to change or I think I will fall apart physically. I know I'm already in pieces mentally ;)

Finally seem to be over the cold/flu/infection/whatever-the-hell-it-was illness I suffered from all last week. Good thing too As I have 6 glorious days of vacation starting in just over 8 hours.

Home sick tonight with a still-fucked-up ankle and back pain that has me hobbled over like a 90 year old man. So to alleviate the boredom, here is a high school meme.

So I went to FWA 2008. My first con since I dropped what little presence I had in the fandom in 2005. I wanted to do a few things at the con, but the idea wasn't to do the con, but to relax, hang out and just chill. It was a vacation I was looking forward to.

Fast forward through the weekend to tonight when I finally made it back home and all I can say is 'This was the worst vacation I have ever had!"

It started with the ride up to Atlanta in the furry caravan. The drive itself was alot of fun, always is as I love to drive. But the absolute shit conditions of I 75 between Ocala and Lake City left our cars sand blasted and me with about a dozen chips in my windshield; of my just days over a year old Yaris. I was pissed!

But it gets better. While I did have fun Thursday, the first night, I awoke on Friday morning with the worst pain I have ever felt in my left ankle and a severely swollen foot. I couldn't walk on it, and I could barely hobble around the hotel room. So I spent the vast majority of the con in intense pain in the hotel room, missing everything but the fursuit parade.

Sometime during the con, someone backed into my car and left a huge dent in the bumper and scratched the paint all to hell. They left no note, there was no surveillance of the lot and nothing the hotel or the con could do. Oh yes thank you whoever you are. I hope you die slowly of ass cancer, so that way while your suffering in pain, you'll never have to chance to get laid again. Serves ya right I say. You could have left a fucking note! It would have been the polite thing to do, never mind that it was required by law...

So with all that shit going on, Its finally leaving day and I get wheel-chaired out to my car (hence how I found out about the damage in the first place) and get on the road. I'm stiff and sore and in a lot of pain, but I'm on my way home dammit! But instead I get pulled over for speeding after the cop picks out of a line of cars n the caravan (because I was the last car of the group, dontcha know?) and get a $202.50 that probably will be $405.00 due to the construction zone we were in.

Fuck!!

Im alittle too pissed and way too tired to go into more detail, but I do want to thank the guys in the caravan for the commiseration and aide they gave me on the ride back. Its was generally decided I think that I must have been cursed.

I know I got a strong vibe that I should never, ever do this shit again, but the could just be anger coloring the experience....

Only 3 nights into my 10 night vacation and already I am quite bored, though that may have to do with the fact that I got a cold, so I just don't feel like doing much of anything.

I do have some cleaning planned for my room to try and make it tolerable again. Cleaning of the bathroom, doing the laundry AND hanging it up/folding it up for the dresser. Things like that, but thats not fun for me. Its tedious, and thanks to my bad genes a hot and severely sweaty endeavor to say the least.

I do not know what is wrong with my akles, but from time to time they just hurt for what seems no reason.

Putting pressure on my foot is no problem, but moving the ankle like for walking, or even touching it is quite painful :/ I think that maybe it happens when the ankles are cold, like in winter, or wet from the rain, then into the cold AC. Mayhaps its arthritis, I dont know, but it will hurt for a few days, or maybe a week or so then stop *shrugs*

Probably need to get it looked at, but that would mean finding a General Practitioner who would then refer me to a specialist; at 25+ per visit for the copay is a bit out of my reach at the moment...

So my Wisdom tooth started bothering me again last night *sighs*

I have no choice now but to have it pulled *winces in anticipation of the throbbing pain* but at least I have some real good insurance for it. I have quotes from others here at work that run from $80 to $100 for the wisdom tooth extraction. Thats a good deal I think... I know others have had to pay thousands for all 4 removed, but I think that was with complications and all that jazz.

So anyways, I have the 9th to the 14th off for some much needed vacation, so I am going to try and get it done during that week. As a inbound call center rep, I kinda need my mouth working to get paid ;) I could just see me trying to take calls with 20 cotton balls in my mouth :D

Anyways, tomorrow I am calling a dentist that at least 4 other workers here have used and approve of so i can get a once over and an estimate of the costs involved and go from there. Im just not looking forward to being a sore, achy kitty when its all said and done :(

Anyways, Im sick.. sinusitis or some shit. Doc has me on a big gun antibiotic Augmentin XR, which doesnt seem to be doing much. I was up all day yesterday after having called out from work. I was in so much pain I was literally running in circles begging for the pain to stop.

Stupid sinuses... Anyways feeling 110% better today after a 15 hour sleep of exhaustion. Just hoping these pills eventually do their job :(

Broke down, went to the doctor... only a $35 copay, so not bad I guess. He says I got some kind of Sinusitus, not a cold or flu, so the waiting I did trying to get over this just basically made it worse. Hes got me on some anitbiotic Augmentin for 2 weeks to clear it out. Its good, damned pain is in my ears now. Everythibng is swollen and painful :(

Good thing is that he says it should clear up rapidly with this horse pill I got, so I guess well see. In the mean time, they hired another person for the job spot I was going for... not their fault, I wasnt there and they needed someone like right now... maybe next time?

Maybe its a tumor? Dont know, but I have just been ugh all week (like from last friday on) havent been to work all week, and now im out of sick pay. God life sucks sometimes.

Been dowing RX painkillers like pez thanks to my source at work who gave me a bunch of his percocet(sp) like 2 mondays ago when the body aches and head aches started. Got some left, so Im good on that. Another weekend comming up and all I want to do is hide under my blankets. I pulled myself out of bed to post, though I dont know why. Sleep and hot soup is the only thing going to make this go away...
